WEATHER STATION
Description
The customer applied to V-GRAND with a task of construction documents development for major renovation of the Weather Station building. Construction documents were developed according to a statement of work that the customer agreed to.
The project provides a major building renovation adapted for the art gallery. Capacity of the showroom is up to 120 people. The existing two-storey building is implemented in the form of a hexagonal tower that is on a one-story square volume. The existing two-storey building is implemented in the form of a hexagonal tower on a one-story square building in plan.
The result of the development is that construction documents were approved after review for code compliance and major renovation was done successfully.
